Communication and patience

In a work day my duties often vary, from updating and answering any queries on the Social Media page to grocery shopping. Answering the phone is an everyday thing where I have learnt about communication (especially tone) and taking down accurate messages. My boss is a perfectionist and likes everything to be done her way. No shortcuts to be taken. I've learnt how to stay calm in a stressful situation like a disgruntled customer or a not so easy work colleague. Working at Planet Nails, I enjoy being able to help clients, work colleagues and my boss complete tasks. Giving good customer service and ensuring that all social media and personal sites of my boss is updated. Most challenging aspect of the job is working under the strict outlines of my boss and being able to meet her standard of work.

Building hope of achieving, winning and learning.

working environment helps one to develop many skills, such as listining, communicating and using tools. Communication is one key oponent that helps in creating easy, fast and rejoicing job at all times. Cleanliness helps one to focus and work free. Good relationship with co-workers help in building a winning team, a team that pray together, share, love and achieve work targets at all times. Each one teach one in a working enviroment and I have learned that hard work always have reward in return. Making your job a hobby helps you to enjoy each minute you spend at work and reaching targets its actually what I enjoy most. What I enjoy in the work environment is the skills that I learn, knowing places and building an honest relationship with my co-workers. The most challenging aspect about the job is having a team that is not willing to work together, and not doing the job according to costomer and the owners expetations.

I enjoyed what I did I enjoyd helpeing my clients and making sure they happy with our products i always made sure the paperwork was in order I made sure when something was damaged I would send it away if we had orders for the clients we'd be sure to phone them as soon as possible to let them know that there order is here..

À good start to my career as ive learnt alot

Ive learnt cash sales, targets aswell as cashing up, also stock flow in thé shop and placing orders. I worked with integrity trader aswell. Emails, calling up clients and giving excellent service.
