My daily routine

Currently it is only me and my boss, which are also the broker. He is going out and servicing clients, especially the big clients. He is writing the commercial and agricultural policies, as I am writing the personal policies. All underwriting as well as all claims are done by me. I am also doing all admin related duties as well as the admin on yearly renewals on all policies. I also make sure that all policies are being paid. I love my work in the sence of I'm learning each and every day something new. I enjoy the interaction with people the most of all.

Pros: I learn alot as I must do everything myself and on my own.
Cons: I can't get any promotion as it is only me and the broker.

I need a challenge and my current position is not anymore. There is no opportunity for promotion.

I'm currently the only employee at PJF Makelaars. It is only me and the broker, which is also the owner. I enjoy my work when it is busy and I can help clients. Sometimes, like now, it is very quiet and I don't see any people, I don't like it then. I want to keep busy helping clients and give them exceptional, personal service. I'm a people's person and our clients are like family to us. I would say the most challenging part is when business is so quite.

Pros: I'm learning each and every day new things about the different products in short term insurance.
Cons: When the business is sometimes so quiet.
