I have solid experience in a challenging healthcare environment which results in the ability to deal stressfully with the demands of customer and patient base. A lot of growth

I like the system of hiring staff and promotion.the pressure of being evaluated n getting feedback.Good work gets recognition and coaching is always in place

Eager to grow in the finance department as i studied for it

Running a restaurant can be challenge at times, having to satisfy every customer needs and having to deal with those who aren't "satisfied" and making sure that they are happy at the end of the day. This has taught me to be independent and confident in what i say or do, also it has taught me leadership skills as i am able to lead a whole team in a free and fun environment and making sure that deadlines are met at the same time. I've acquired skills like stock tacking and analyzing business statement and being innovative to acquire more sales so that the business operates at a profitable level.

Good way to start

The company is great to work at because they believe in everyone who is willing to do their job right,they recognise their employees for the job well done.it is such a good company with good hearted executives who cares dearly on how we doing not only at work but also personally so that they can help where we need help

I'm energic and reliable person

I'm looking for a retail job as a kitchen assistant or shop assistant the reason why I need a job is that a have a family to look after I'm a male I'm 26 years I'm a boy I'm a hardworking person I'm even. In extra hours or overtime I can manage them anything that needs me to support to Im willing to do it Thank you

Great learning curve

A a typical day at work is dealing with office administration, top management, and customer orientation. pical day at work is office I got along pretty well with my Co workers. Yi have learnt to communicate and not assume. I enjoyed making big orders because I love challenges. The most challenging aspect is definitely the busy days because you have to oversee everything that is happening.

Self driven

Am currently working at pizza hut as store manager Very good working with people and meet the target and complete given task and at a high level standard , paying attention to detail and make sure operation standard are meet and practiced daily without any compromise I will like to be considered for this position my other strength are team leader , self disciplined individual whom respect and treat other people with dignity Most of my accomplishments will find in my resume Thank you for your time taken to consider my application.

No career growth

*no growth in this company,they would rather hire someone for a position and expect the experienced person to train that new member. *No overtime paid but you must work overtime! *Great Team and a good environment to grow but there is no Professionalism especially when it comes to communication. *Uniform is being sold to employees here. *You may be on the same position and doing the same job ,but salaries are way too different. *I have learned to work as a Team,solving customer complaints and managing staff as whole.

Communication skill

I enjoy working with my colleagues every day. I learned how to do cash up, being a cashier, the store must always clean. It is always difficult to the team members when it is a pay day. I also discovered that I have good communication skill and I learn fast in different things. I hate it when we have difficulties sometimes but most we have fun. The most thing I like is we run our store as team.
