Experiencd a lot if growhth

Managed a team of 4 staff members,i would set tasks daily in a formal meeting and we review the tasks the following day and have proper follow ups and feedback,worked well together,i provided councelling and support to those with difficulties,i also provided personal training if needed. I enjoyed investing in someone else and seeing my department grow together and improve in our daily and monthly tasks,doing goals settings and reviews became much easier with trackable results,i appreciated my staff and they appreciated me it was a healthy working relationship. Challenged by minimal or no coperation from our internal customers(other departments we served) but i put checklists and ways to manage this.

Pros: I grew a great deal,trusted by a lot and invested in the business a lot.
Cons: Managment positions will always see that you toughen up and that can create shortlived tension but this is fixed by consistency and sticking to company policies

Attention to detail,Hands on

Typical maintenance issues,Very good communication with all staff,I have learnt a lot of employee values,People are not held accountable for damages,Standards are only follow by seniors as a need to bases
