Learining more and excellent growth

Monitoring stock levels and short dated stock daily Daily and monthly reports. have good relationship with my co workers - office admins /office barriers and production Motivating and encouraging the employees to be productive (VNA Drivers, Forklifts Drivers, Pickers and Checkers) On going Training of employees according to updated company procedures I have learnt a lot from my employees work wise and culture also, as we all comes from different backgrounds. the greatest pleasure is when company goals are met. When you resolve issues and its a positive results (Investigating system). Productivity at a minimal cost Challenges - always working on budget especially when employee must work overtime.
