Sales & marketing skills

The company through teaching us to work under pressure I'm sure now of what I'm doing and what is expected of me in achieving company goals.I enjoy my job and have passion in what I'm doing, even though thinks that they don't thank us properly. Everyday in the morning, midday and afternoons its floor walk in the isles checking out of stocks, product quality, packing stock according to the business layouts and merchandising according to rate of sales.I love working as a team because that a good way of brain storming and sharing good ideas . I've learned that working as team - together everyone archive more. The most challenging aspects of the job is to deal with most difficult customers rude managers but through the experience I have now I know how to deal with those challenges and pressure.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning sales and markerting
Cons: unnecessary pressure by big boss's struggedy.

Customer services

There are lot of things that you will learn in the Field, the most enjoyable thing in the field is when the customers apriciate you good work Because they are the reason why we get paid Because our purpose is to serve them. The most challenging aspect is when what we supply is less than the demand, meaning when the customers want to buy stock and you tell that you're out of stock especially when the stock is on promotion.

Pros: they promote hard working
Cons: they pay overtime
