Excellent Opportunities and fun working environment

I Began at Pioneer Foods in June 2016, all I can say is it is the best paying company with the most pleasant working environment

Pros: Flexible hours 7am - 3:30pm
Cons: travelling between factories

I enjoy a challenge and learn quickly

I enjoy coming to work as each day is not the same, every day has it's own challenges. My day start to follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders. I audit the previous night shift stock count and ensure that the stock is accurate and correct on the system. I assist suppliers and our accounts department with queries. I create orders and forward to relevant suppliers. The most challenging aspect of my job is to ensure that I order parts on breakdowns and to follow-up on the delivery thereof.

Pros: Since I have started at this company I have improved myself from a creditors clerk to Admin supervisor and now I am the technical buyer.
Cons: There is no stability due to section 189 (retrenchments) for the last 3 years
