I operate 10 ton boiler and take readings hourly, I do housekeeping inside and sorounded boiler house. Driving forklift to push coal into the pit and to push the ash bean to the pit.inspection and monitoring the boiler at all times.Doing repairs when it's necessary. I have good relationship with co-workers because I always put my job first as I love what I'm doing.I learnt a lot so far and I'm learning almost everyday more special on mechanical side as I work alone on the department. I enjoy working for the company and working shifts. Challanges will always be there it's just that a person must be strong and know what he or she is doing to resolve the problem,and for me its easy to resolve issues because I love what I'm doing and I know what I'm doing when I'm on duty.

Cons: No long hours except when working overtime,as a shift worker overtime will always be available.

Customer ralation

I am good driver who work as driver for a long times of periods, familiar in routes and manifestos. Like to work with people as team one place to another.

Semi skill labour

As a semi skill labour i worker under all circumstance but i dont like corruption in terms of my salary i want my full salary no necessary deduction

I have a good communication.

The company I work for now I used 5 days starting 8-5 on that 5 days. I have a good communication with my colleague and my manager because t I like to cooperate with my people In merchandiser I learn to rotate stock and check expired stock from the back up and floor. I like to keep my myswork

Pros: I would like to promote stock when is on promotion

I have three years on retail in on the same time I was study part time

In this company ihv learn more thing in my life to grow wen you work with different people and to solve more things in different ways,ihv learn to go to school if you want to learn more.Mostly if you want good things in you life you must use mind
