To take critics constructively and enjoyed to be an all rounder

It's always a pleasure coming to work because we are like a family the working environment is very friendly. we are working as a team, eg, if the tea lady hasn't arrived and the visitors arrived for the meeting, i make tea for them. i have learnt to be patient not take things personal if reprimanded. i enjoy working with people in contact that are coming to our office and those that are calling. First was to deal with rude clients who did not want to speak English and I've learnt to accommodate them to learn the language and they end up talking English because of my politeness.

Pros: I was employed as a receptionist but i was the kitchen lady's suppervisor. Hence it is a head office chances of growing are slim
Cons: start at 08:30 - 4:30 sometimes I go home late if there's some work I need to do.
