Learning experience

my job title is a supervisor of the legal department within the debt review company. my main job function is a collection consultant. I call clients who do not pay for the debt review. It is challenging because I deal with clients from different types of background. There is many processes to follow before contacting the client and this is the biggest challenge to have a large work book. Multi tasking and time management is essential to succeed in my field of work. In terms of Co workers, I have not had many problems with my colleagues. Mis understandings will occur but it's important to focus on a solution than to focus on the problem.

Pros: its a challenging job which makes every day interesting
Cons: There are no benefits. I only pay UIF. There is no room for growth irrespective of the hard work I put in

Good

its not easy working with a client whom you explain everything to them and the next day they ask you what you've allready explained to them,this needs someone who has time and patience for their client because remember people are not the same even in their understanding but if you love what you do you do it like you've never done it before. must always build a good relationship with co-workers so that when you not on duty they do your work like its theirs,have an important role with the team this is what i have learnt and im am using it wherever i work at. i enjoy working with people that challenges me because that gives you the courage to work harder and want to be the best and always wins.

Cons: i dont mind working long hours especially for deadline

Great learning experience

Its a place to learn however experience is all you gain there are no benefitsand hard worktakes yearsfor recognition. Its a 8deal place to work if you need a more time at home because the hours are not long

Very friendly environment good working conditions transparent and friendly management too have learnt that from management to security or a company as a whole everyone is important and we all need each other

I work as an call centre consultant, we help with debt review. We call clients to help with their debts. We do application for them if they want to go under debt review with Pioneer debt solutions.
