Learning skills and gaining knowledge everyday, my job teaches me more daily, which i love.

When i get to work in the morning, my tea awaits me. we greet, and read our emails. I start of my day checking in my calls list and log of all employees in our branch to our manager, i then do my daily attendance and sales training attendance registers, continuing with my waybill check and filling as well as my invoice scanning and filling. from day to day i will do my credit notes, when needed i will complete my client credit register before it would be sent off to our debtors department to be signed off by our branch manager. Calls would be taken, and jotted down. messages taken, and delivered. Weekly, invoice list should be completed before Friday lunch time. i enjoy gaining knowledge from experienced employees.

Very good

Pinnacle is a good company. I have learned a lot and have grown in the company professionally and have also taken a lot of challenges that made my character stronger. I We always work together as a team and help each other a lo. In that way we always aim to win higher and achieve our goals.

Minimal growth opportunities and racial inequality

In my stay I have gathered a massive amount of racial inequality within the organisation that subsequent to lack of growth opportunities to certain individuals of certain colour or race

Vibrant work ethic, friendly people. Unfortunately not much space to progress in. Company does not contribute to medical aid or provident fund, car allowance is taxed at 80%. No fixed annual bonus, only if GP is achieved and then only max R1 000.

Excellent learning experience

PINNACLE MICRO – Switchboard Receptionist/PA/Admin (June 2016 – Present) Greeting visiting clients and informing appropriate staff of their arrival, managing of multi-company switchboard (routing calls appropriately and taking messages), personal assistant to management, helping arranging and catering boardroom meetings, staff training and in-house events, taking meeting minutes, controlling of office assets, procurement of office goods (cleaning material, etc.) assisting with account credit checks before management audits. Daily completing of general administration (such as filling of invoices, employee KPA’s, couriers waybills and credit notes, completed attendance registers etc.)

Pros: great company for widening your horizon
Cons: if not sales, not important
