I am a fast learner, able to adapt to new challenges without any problems.

Believe me no job is easy sailing these days, therefore I find my job very challenging and what's good is that I have passion for what I do. Each day presents new insights, and I am always eager to learn from others. I enjoy training and development field, and the only major challenging is the disrespect among our children these days, and the failure to show hunger for success in whatever they do.

Pros: The scope for growth is there though....
Cons: Corruption within the department.

Fast learner

I am a fast learner ALWAYS willing to learn new things. Work well within the group and alone. I have experience in human relations skills, and management. I have learnt a lot from different diverse cultures. I enjoy imparting new knowledge and learn new things from others. Unfortunately these days ou our job is really challenging due to lack of interest from other learners to learn.

Pros: Scope for growth
Cons: nepotism and corruption

Good learning curve

A typical work day, good relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt to learn from diverse cultures, and enjoy sharing knowledge. I enjoy new challenges, and growth. These days respect has vanished from the young ones and it is a course for concern.

Pros: There is scope for growth especially if you are willing to learn new ideas and change of fields.
Cons: Laeners failing to submit work in time.
