I prepare quotation for clients that sent request for quote and acknowledge their quote after receiving RFQ. Capturing clients information in the system and keeping records for future references. Updating spread sheet of the invoices accordingly. Answering calls of our clients to attend enquiries it's a challeng to me as sometime a client enquire/ request for quote about something they Google from the net and it's import. I also enjoy working in projects with my team as it unite us to be able to know each other' s strength and weakness. i like my job as it require someone who can multi-task. I learn everyday from the work that I am performing.

I sent an acknowledgment to a client after receiving request for quotation. Prepare a quote for a client and send. When we delivered for a client I send customer survey satisfaction as they are important to the organisation and it helps it to grow. Data capturing of client info which is cofidential and update invoice spread sheet. Answering calls to assist enquiries in the organisation. I enjoy working as a team with projects as it identify our strength and weakness as individuals and this unite us.

Motivated, consistent, strategic and thriving for knowledge and challenges. I can work more efficient even under pressure and I have the ability to adpt in a new situation with excellent interpersonal communication written and verbal. As a person who is skilled and cofident, i would like to see myself adding value in the environment I find myself in.
