Excellent learning Curve

Pikitup is a great place to work at. the employees appreciates the services that they get. the problem is wit is that there is no room for promotion. i have learned a lot with regards to Employee Wellness. i am confident that i cancoordinated employee wellness programmes with eexcellency. i have also learned to work with in a multidisciplinery team. the team that i work with is one of the best . we worke and team up perfectly for the best interest of our clients. the most challenging aspect is that the workforce is an ageing workforce so there are a lot of employees who go on medical boarding or are sick most of the time.the wellness department is not taken for granted and the company relies on Wellness department on the wellbeing of the employees. the wellness department tries by all means to take care of the entire workforce.ther is enough budget allocated to Wellness department to support the Wellness programmes.kitup is a great place to work

Interesting

Working at my current company is interesting,challenging and quite a learning curve. One gets to work with diverse people from different backgrounds.

Motivational Summery

It such a great environment with enthusiastic employees, blended culture with people from different background. I have great communicate skills which enables me to build relationships across the spectrum. I enjoy mostly rolling our projects and the satisfaction you or reaction you get from general workers as they are satisfied with work. The challenge which will be mostly when decisions are not taken on time and such has a great impact on your delivery as per the project plan.

Pros: Great Communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; Firm and much approachable
Cons: Hard worker; Long Hours, Attention to detail and very Descriptive

Excellent learning curve

I really enjoy working for this company i have learned so much about being responsible and working as a team makes my day to be enjoyable, i can be a good leader as well as a good trainer. i am a very passionate candidate, hard working, reliable, honest, dedicated and determined. i always deliver excellent results and make sure i reach my deadlines, working under pressure is part of my strengths as well as associating myself well with my co-ordinates. it is challenging to have more work load to complete on my own.
