Excellent environment for growth.

Start of my day is to ensure scheduling of staff is in place.Then see to customer queries and audit receiving ,cash office,.reconcile banking and sign off previous days petticash and receipts.sign off accounts paid and received .check all expense order invoices.Place consumable oreders for the week.Capture stockcounts for various departments and reconcile ,and report figures to H/Off.Print ledger and reconcile all transactions and action queries.Handle staff salary queries and submit to regional office.Handle an issue staff discipline if any still outstanding.Action IR issues for ccma.submit daily sales figures for various departments and capture .

Pros: Never a dull work day.Room for promition.
Cons: long work hours and weekends

Challenging

Its a challenging job but i enjoy meeting and speaking to different customer with different attitudes and we are like a family the only hard thing is the treatment we gt from our managers some of them are okay but some are very rude when they talk to you the manner of approach they use is not good.I have learnt to be friendly working with customers who give you different attitude i, it is very challenging to deal with a very angry and dissatisfied customer to calm that person down is not easy

Pros: opportunity to learn
Cons: working until late even on weekends
