Inter-acting with customers and my workmates is what i like doing its gears me to know my mates and familiarise my self with my day to day customers.Though customers differ i have leant to succumb to customer behaviour hence in-store training has geared me to deal with customer from all walks of life.

Pros: I have always trained myself to work with people from all works of life .It gave me self examination question like can i MANAGE an organisation which the answer is yes
Cons: In my expirience in sales and marketing i have learnt to like a CUSTOMER ,doing so makes me look forward to my next day at work.I have personally done a survey on all the working class,i have asked all positions in a company that do there enjoy what there do at work?95 percent are not enjoying what there are doing everyday there are at work because of the economical structure.But there is something that can be done to motivate an employee training ,rating staff development is essential to a organisation it always

Pienaar Bros PTY (Ltd) is a group of companies selling PPE and safety equipment.

I prioritize my schedule by attending to important tasks first Set picking list up according to priorities and delivery dates Order stock needed to complete customer orders Follow up order already placed confirming and verifying delivery dates Liaise with company reps on daily basis according feedback on orders placed ie garments colors sizes and correct suppliers catalogs used and quoted on Helping the GRV/Receiving clerk to complete her tasks correctly and do spot checks Pickings to be done daily and checking that the admin staff receive the pickings for invoicing to customers Liaising with head office in respect to challenges non compliant equipment, contract negotiations, negotiated contracts Inter-branch transfers Ive learnt to rely on my own judgement and make decisions without having to wait for management to tell me what to do on a daily basis The enjoyable aspect of my work is that I am a handson person and love to see a completed task and the satisfaction I get from a happy customer

Pros: I've reached the glass ceiling
Cons: No further opportunities to grow within my branch without having to relocate to another branch/head office

I am a very dedicated, Hard working and loyal lady that work well independently and in a team. I am up for any challenge and always give my best because I take pride in my work. I always have good relationships with my co-workers and clients because I am a peoples person and can get along with anyone. Relationships and trust is very important to me.

Pros: Great working hours
Cons: Salary was a bit low

Purchasing of 4 Branches stock. Price negotiation. Follow up on orders. Arrange Johannesburg trips.

Doworkbat 1 branch but doing 4 branches. Stock purchasing. As for change in salary without acknowledgement. They dont look after me and that is a negative environment.

Cons: No rewards for extra efford

Stable medium sized business with good ethics and reputation

Generally positive work environment but also challenging. Limited corporate structure and functional efficiency is limiting better performance although current performance still decent. Working environment is currently poor, and staff morale medium to low.

Pros: Large stable company. Good opportunity to interact with key people within industry
Cons: Limited structure and low interest in marketing benefits

Great opportunity to grow

 I have good communication skills (verbal &writing) and the ability to lease at all levels.  Work independently and as part of a team.  I’m self-motivated.  I can take initiatives.  I am an organized person and be able to meet deadlines excellent client/customer care skills putting customers first in whatever situations.  I take pride in my work I always strive to execute work of task with honesty and integrity.

Pros: Opportunity of growth
Cons: Over time
