Very good

My work environment has its good and bad days. A typical good day at work starts off with clocking in and getting ready for work. Everyone takes their positions and the bosses are busy with their inspections. It is mostly cheerful an everyone is all smiles. A little joke and laughter is thrown around. But on a bad day, its all moodiness and tension all over. But we get through it either way. I learnt to tolerate everyone and to read their body language to ascertain if they are in a good or bad mood. I enjoy doing my rounds at the production floor. Challenges are easily overcome when one sets his eyes on the goals to be achieved.
