Thrilling experience and a different work environment for the inexperienced worker staff

I have learned a lot including perseverance through other workers and being a team player is one of the key roles when working in such an environment where you meet up with different people

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Definitely long working hours

I do know

you working 8hr per day.i was a good person to those i was working with them.i enjoy to motivate my colleagues and trying to treat them well as i do to my customs.i leant to take a huge impotent responsibility for other people

Pros: there was always oppotunitys in that cpny
Cons: 45hr week

Learning and developing in a company,to make a successful company

Working for Pick n Pay for me was a great blessing,I have learnt and experienced more things,I loved working with people sharing ideas in order for a company to grow and succeed,meeting different people each every day was nice, meeting customers giving good service to customers was great,so for me it was great to be a part of Pick n Pay team,the most challenging part was to convince a customer to buy a product

Pros: To learn more and grow in a company that puts food and support my family
Cons: Working many hours was good for 1 reason that you earn more salary at the end of the month,plus it gives us as workers plenty time to do our job perfect in a good time not rushing
