Excellent working environment

My first day I was already passed the till point and associated with old stuff members. I learned how to talk, treat customers, how to work under pressure how to use a till point and how to work as a team also time management. My manager and supervisors were strict and friendly, they like my energy and my work. The hardest part was when its month end, you don't get any chance to relax a bit but most enjoyable moment was when my supervisors and customers appreciate my job.I can recommend someone to work for pick n pay it has good benefits but the salary is not enough to maintain everything. That's why I really need a new job for a better income. Crucial part is that when u need to grow in life you need to invest your self to big companies and learn a lot about the company.

Excellent customer service representative

Working with customers was a great opportunity hens I had to deal with both difficult customers and as well as friendly customers. I was indeed a great experience because I had to learn more about different people in all aspects of gender, race, as well as age group. I had to make sure that each and every customer goes home pleased with whatever he/she was looking for. I enjoyed most I all customers were pleased with the level of service I had to offer to him/her. The most difficult experience was working together with all aged groups of colleagues because some couldn't keep up with the pase, and others were not best at team work, that was it

Interesting work

Very good every good company and the work is not so hard just just that and customers can be very rude and colleagues can be a pain and the salary can be shit sometimes but good at the end and the benefits of the company are very good you are always at work

A step in the right diraction also a great learning oppotunity

I start my shift at 7:45 every day then we have work a team of 2 people which changes every 3 hours . like dealing with customers solving problems and taking customer complains , working under pressure and multi tusking is one of the most challenging aspects of my job.

Excellent customer service

My time while working at pick n Pay has taught me customer values,how I must put my customers first and show them respect all the time.i am a hard worker I'm up to any challenges
