Smart and Trustworthy

My job is to Assist With payroll with weekly wages and montly. My relationship with my co-workers is mutual and happily one because i'm funny and very well to be around. I've learnt that working together as a team always make things happen no matter what and to never turn a blind eye on such relations. I enjoy readung too much and doing job but mostly to be challenged at work given any work..the most challenging aspect of my job is to managing everything in time and working under pressure more especially month end but i end up managing

Pros: Great oppornity for promostion
Cons: Working even on Sunday

I have learnt a lot especially working with different characters

In Pick nthe is sit is a HUD company and the is lot of opportunities in the company as long as you give it your best especially for me I was noticed with hard working and also I am a very ambitious person willing to lean and results driven n they have training that helps us to deal with different people and they also thought me how to get people productivelot to learn about

Pros: I started as a replenisher and now I'm Admin HOD
Cons: I get a break n I work 8Hrs a day n two weekends busy ones

Good customet service skills, good selling skills, fast leaner, good management skills

Good day I have 10 years of experience in the retail industry and still growing more, I enjoy the retail industry, I have previously worked for Woolworths and currently pick n pay I am a fast leaner, good in numbers, attention to detail, admin skills and good computer skills. Grew alot in understanding the new concept.

Leadership is paramount and weighs heavy on communication, listening and understanding. Build a good staff compliment based on teaching, coaching and encouraging. .Mutual respect goes a long way in achieving your goals.In order to delegate with positive outcomes you need to teach, teach and teach again. Then you should praise and encourage.Staff does not want to be micromanaged but taught and evaluated. A love for your job delivers great drive and goal orientation.

Pros: Continual refreshment on strategies and market trends. Team Building to inspire and drive.
Cons: Poor communication and command channels
