managing the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality department I had to manage the following; • Oversee the effective and efficient allocation and execution of the maintenance budget monthly, • Monthly reporting back to Pick n Pay National Logistics exec on Environmental and sustainability figures and new strategies on how to minimise potential harm to environment that the DC may in future cause, • Monthly reporting to National Pick n Pay Logistics exec on new strategies to minimise shrinkage within the DC • Responsible for the effective management of the battery bay with 236 batteries for MHE’s, repairs to 118 MHE machines, CCTV staff compliment of 9, Security with a staff compliment of 49, Cleaning services with a staff compliment of 28, Equipment management, BCM Plans and clinic services.

Excellent experience to the logistic and warehouse environment

Excellent learning experience Awesome work environment I get along with all the staff every well Little room for growth I'm a team leader and also a team player Gain alot of sap exposure I enjoy working under pressure And the most challenging thing is trying to implement change but I do enjoy my job I'm just limited where it comes to the system
