Good approach to work

This position combines my interests and fit my educational backround. I am a fast learner and I easily adapt to new environment. My experiential learning experience and education prepared me to achieving high standards of competence and professionalism in whatever I do. As a young diverse individual, I believe that I can learn, take responsibility, perform to my best ability and contribute as much value as I can. I believe that I possess the set of skills required for this position. Such an opportunity will give me great experience and exposure. In terms of systems and computer literacy I have extensive knowledge in Microsoft programs, SAP, HEAT Applying for this post will optimize my chances of working with the best in the industry and overall. Great learning experience

A typical day starts with monitoring and compiling the previous day’s plan for KPI purposes. What follows is the planning of inbound and outbound distribution for the next 48 hours. The inbound and outbound planning involves the planning for Gauteng and coastal sites, including Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu Natal. Once planing completed, must communicate the plans to the rest of the business and ensure that the plans are executed accordingly.

Excellent worker

I am sinthumule tshilidzi I work at pick n pay distribution under Eoh company. I have work for more than 3 to 4 years as a picker. I am a hard worker. . A person who work under any pressure. I person who can communicate with other.a person who have manner and discipline.

Pros: I can take any opportunity . because I am not a lazy person . I work hard as always brcause I am that person who like challenges

Excellent learning curve

The company is great for learning and development and the fact that you work four days and rest four days as well is great. Learning the warehouse system is a great thing ad the system is really interesting

Excellence learning curve

So far its a good place to work on and the management is dedicated and all things are in order an most of the employees understabds the reason why they have to come to the job an security is tight in such a way that our safety comes first and as for production we make sure that it is always at higher standard

Cons: long hours working and no over time paid
