I definitely learned

I have sacrificed a job with a annual bonus for a job with no bonus. I moved from supervisor to manager. The personal finances did not improve. The day started with daily stock takes. Regular early morning staff training, balancing the bulk, create orders, process orders and respond to daily emails. Liase with clients with regards to orders and suppliers with regard to stock deliveries. Attend to in store time sheet and overtime for head office. Also in store HR . Prepare for monthly promotions and to insure sufficient stock quantities. Monthly stock takes and in dealing with variance reports. I had a good relationship with staff.I did learn quite a lot with specific reference to orders place and its successful delivery thereof. I enjoyed the in store promotions, Friday and Saturday sales. The challenging part of this position was to convince the company as to what kind oof promotions was suitable for the establishment.

Open and close of store.staff training. Search for prospective bulk buy clients.had to do own marketing of products and promotions . liase with representatives to increase the marketing of brands. Was responsible to handle all in store human resource responsibilities . housekeeping ,health and safety . banking.processing order order requests and its promt delivery.

Good learning environment which expose you to different tasks

normal working hours, friendly environment, learnt a lot of things in finance area, enjoy difficult tasks, most challenging aspect is that there is too much paper work and the system is old, there is no room for growth.

Brilliant

Excellent management Learnt alot about bottlestore trading Co-workers was always helpfull and friendly Was a plaesure to come to work every day if i did not move i would still be working for them I have learnt to take control and responsibility for sales, team building and targets driven. The hardest part of the job was providing answers to the Area Manager:stock lost, if didn't meet targets, damages and shortages.

Pros: new product launches, fun environment,
Cons: long hours, stocktaking, audits,far from home

People,management, problem solving, communicating skills that this type of job requires from me.

It's fun to working at my company but also attention to detail to do the job right and satisfy clients. We work as a team always and put adhere to company policies and rules. My job is not only to give orders and deliver to my clients but also to respect the different cultures in the work place. No matter who you are, we all are hands on. I learnt a lot about alcohol, because it's the type of industry i am working in. We are a bunch of happy people working together and i like new opportunities to the challenge. I like learning about the different wines and their origin.

Pros: I am fast learning, works well under presure, you may put me to the test.
Cons: I accept my duties well and know how to accommodate myself and generating extra energy to get the job done.

Excellent

I have an excellent customer service, good in marketing skills,selling and promoting business. I have good relationship with my co-workers we work as a team and we are doing a good in business. I am a hard worker who is willing to work under pressure and learn more to grow the business.
