Each day has its own issues and problem solving needed. I worked well with all my staff and believe that motivation I and mutual respect ensures the staff give their all. I live working with the customers. No customer us difficult, they only want what they pay for and that is great service and even greater food.

Pros: I learned alot from the waiters about myself. i learned that I was underestimating myself and my potential.
Cons: You cannot get too invilved with your staff

Hard work but very rewarding

I enjoy the challenges presented due to various ethnic groups working together. I worked well with all my staff and accommodated all our customers needs which created a relationship with said customers.

Pros: Meeting people from all walks of life
Cons: Always accepting I'm wrong when dealing with customers
