it was great working at phumelela as you get to meet new people and learn more about other cultures. the company is very big and more explosive even the working there a re great people to work with.

Work environment

It is a very vibrant environment with exciting activities. There is a lot of interaction with customers and there are always new challenges daily. There are always customer complaints because it is a very hectic environment that keeps you on your toes.

Great opportunity of growing within the company

Working for phumelela has always been fun and challenging at the sametime as we are dealing with different clients on a daily basis I have learned to work underpreasure, fast and accurate. Co-workers are always on each others side to help each other out on the most challenging parts of the job.

Pros: High opportunity for promotions
Cons: Weekends and long hours

Excellent

Phumelela is a good company... I have a lot of experience from that company. Customer service experience, promotion... Computer literacy background know how to work as a team.. Time management skills.. I know how to deal with customer because of this company
