Excellent Experience learned

I have gained so much experience and work, working with Drivers Worksheet (PAYE) taught me how do deal with salaries, supervisory skills, photocopy,fax and email. Microsoft office as a whole how to create spreadsheet,database etc.,I have learned a lot.

Good in writing & reading

Team work, working safely, good housekeeping, fitting & repair engine components, repairing gearbox and differential, air brakes. Services & safety check. Attending safety meeting daily, writing done every task that been perform

Excellent learning curve

Working at Phola Coaches has given me a chance to learn about the passenger transport industry. I have a great relationship with my colleagues. I've learned that deadlines are very important and what I enjoy the most is achieving what I've set out to do in a day, week, month and/ or year. The most challenging aspect of the job is not being able to take control of what the customer needs to do when it comes to the process of the getting an invoice paid and on time.

Pros: Permanent job
Cons: Long hours at month end

Receiving spares Packing stock Daily stock take Issuing of spares Capturing of invoices Capturing of job cards General filing Dealing with queries Opening requisitions for ordering spares Follow up on orders Able to work as individual and to work with a team Challenging work it was follow up on orders and to solve queries from suppliers Mostly I learned is to how to operate and how to run stores

Pros: To grow within the company and being asset of the company
Cons: On working hours it depends on the load of the work
