Great Experience and learning experience

- Typical day at Philips is good, the work culture and people are great and always willing to help and impart knowledge onto you. - My relationship with co-workers are amazing, we learn from each other and are always willing to help and go the extra mile for each other. - I have learnt a whole lot at Philips, from business experience to growing my intellectual knowledge that I can take with me to my new role/company. - I most enjoyed working with my team and the amazing campaigns and sales we had achieved, was a great experience and learning experience for me to carry to the future. The great connections that I have made also will be beneficial in the future for collaborations and campaigns. - The most challenging part was the public sector and how we navigate through deals and campaigns.

Cons: must be willing to work late hours to achieve goals

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve. The company has good systems but trashy process and complicated hierarchical structure. Opportunities are not fairly given but they are based on pushing agendas for points... good standing with authorities.

Great career and learning opportunities

The organization has given me the opportunity to know how important is team work and how that one needs to learn to be more ethical and knowing that integrity is valued. Being results driven even when it’s not only for the objective of the company but also for self confidence and improvement I my career path.

Pros: Good management interaction and great leadership and career promotion
Cons: Centralized processing system
