Its a great company to work for, the enviroment is chilled and very welcoming. The company provides opportunities for rotation within functions and internal employees are always given first preference for vacancies over external applicants. The work load is always too much so be prepared to work overtime and on weekends.

Great people's development programs

A company that trust it's employees and do business with integrity with customers. A great company to work for with fantastic benefits like company car with petrol card, corporate card, provident fund, medical aid and performance recognitions programs Very restricted environment but company allows people to be innovative and challenge the status quo

Excellent industry exposure and learnings

extensive travelling , abnormal working hours , no form of incentive , project based assignment with no end date , freedom to plan your working route and being allowed to manage yourself.

Good learning experience

Co- workers are extremely friendly and colaborate well together. Development has been exceptional and has given me great insights into the fmcg platform while being a sales rep as well as b2c while being a team lead. Most challenging aspetct of the job was work and life balances.

Excellent skills development

I really developed a lot in Supply chain management. And operation management. I was responsible for leading the big projects of supply chain which are Manufacturing Assumptions 3 year budget plan, where the company is doing the next 3 years sales forecast, production volume, open and closing stock, Days of inventory, factory efficiencies, headcount, and utilities. The project called simulation to resources where the planning system was improved from the system which was taking 4 days using 2 production planners into the system which is now taking only 1 production planner to complete the monthly plan in 30 minutes

I Respond to requests for technical assistance in person via phone Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Research questions using available information resources. Advise user on appropriate action. Follow standard helpdesk procedures. Log all helpdesk interactions using Helpdesk Ticketing System (HEAT). Administer helpdesk software. Redirect problems to appropriate resources. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Follow up on escalated situations. Provide email feedback to managers on all escalated issues. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions. Maintain professional relationships
