Opening of Cape Town branch

After a career of 18 years in the Construction industry, I decided to join our Family Business. Small company with diverse services, from repairing and programming of CMC machines to Promotional apparel and gifts, Protective apparel and accessories, printing, Business Consulting and many more. It is touch as I am not on a salary structure but Commission structure. I received full profit of all orders invoiced to my customers. Cape Town is a very tough market and the Marketing and Branding industry total spend declined versus previous year. Most of my medium to large customer responded with "we do have budget left for gifts" end of 2016.

Pros: Ample more time with family and more balanced lifestyle.
Cons: Difficult to grow customer base and do all other administration and quoting alone.
