Being assertive gets everything done!
Inducting of new and existing employees, drafting of Standard Operating Procedures, letters confirming employment, offer letters, responsible for learning and development,recruiting, hearings. Processing of payroll on VIP sage payroll systsem. What I enjoy most is dealing with different employees with different backgrounds, mindset and goals. The relationship with Co workers is very good, I'm easily approachable and always willing to explain what it is not understood. I have learnt everything that has to do with HR, also learnt to get things done you have to be assertive and not a push over because the minute you get pushed around you will end up not getting anything done and certainly not meeting deadlines or any targets. My biggest challenge right now is the lack of technological change whereby everything is done manually and back up serves as hard copies.

Good inter personal relations
I became a warehouse team leader at pharmed pharmaceutical. I was in charge of the picking department then moved to the checking department because of my excellent work ethic. If given a chance at any level I am bound to excel.

Outstanding experience, I learnt a lot
I have acquired extensive experience and knowledge about management and supervision at pharmed pharmaceutical I am always available to be given a chance yo further my career about the Warehouse industry and I am always at my best when I am given a platform

Excellent customer service
As the stock admin I have learnt how to balance stock. The experience that I have taught me how to work with co-workers and to put my mind on what I am doing. The company is excellent in customer service. I was promoted to be in the field of customer service representative. The experience is great. Working as a customer care consultant showed me how important it is to work as a team and how to treat customers and clients. Dealing with different queries and resolving issues is challenging when it comes to delivering monthly report, that has taught me how to work under pressure and to be focused. There are great opportunities within the company.

The best learning and growing experience
Working for my company has been a good experience until it rec my relationship with the co-workers has been nothing but the best experience as we make productivity. I've learnt a lot of retail and workmanship. how to deal with all types of customers. how to work as a team. how to strategize in bad times and finding a way to a great loophole. I've also learnt how to work under pressure.ently got sold .. I've enjoyed working with my team and being proactive by bringing more sales to the company. I also enjoyed going to the conference is and learning how customers are and how to deal with them I enjoy being this in the field and communicating with my customers. The most challenging aspect that are faced in the field is when medical AIDS have depleted it is dif one of the most difficult times is when our marketingfi.forever who will be reading this review I'm sorry I was typing without seeing anything because it is blankcult to get more sales.

Good company to work for
Everyday is a target driven day with good working conditions and great co-worker. We have a team based operating systerm with individual target. Best thing I've learnt is that quality is everyone's job.

Excellent learning curve
I am an Accounting graduate who have attended a work readiness programme at Guarantee Trust Corporate Support Services, where I gained skills many skills including: communication skills, bookkeeping, VAT, how to prepare invoices, how to talk to customers/ clients. I have also done my internship at Pharmed Pharmaceuticals (pty) ltd where I perform duties of a finance assistant. I am a fast learner, good listener, I can handle pressure and I work well on my own as well as in a team oriented environment. I am a goal driven individual, I have a desire to grow and make a difference. I am very passionate about the field I have chosen and I promise if I get selected I will not disappoint nor lack in my performance

Excellent learning experience for the years I worked on the company
Good company with lots of of opportunity. Always busy but hard to please management where they prefer work done . Long hours shifts and no overtime paid

Open to learn new things day by day
Billings is invoices, double check payments, calculating rebate for our customers, Reconcile distribution fees, claiming clawvack stock.also willing to further my studies ended up being a qualified charted accountant in few years coming.
