Excellent learning curve

Places all responsibility on salespeople. Management always right and does not take responsibility for anything. In store working colleagues are great. No room for advancement. Never any salary increases irrespective of your dedication or workload. Hours can be long. Customer interaction forms the best part of the day. No real challenges to the job except in the beginning when you are building up product knowledge.

Pros: The fact that you have a job
Cons: No real off time if you want to succeed.
