I work in the community programmes, in retail, safety and Security and Government Department

During my Co ordination in the community Programme I manage to establish Tourism Association. In My current employment I get Promoted in six month through my dedication and hard working and I work as team with my colleagues and I management to create friendly environment in my work place. what I learnt is that hard work give pay. I enjoy to see my colleagues happy at work and give it all. the most challenging aspects to manage people because people have their views and Ideas so its important to meet each other half way

Hard worker ,work underpressure love to learn , working over time is not a problem and weeknd aswell . I love sport like rugby football , in my spear time i watch sport . When it come to peopple i love to talk learning new things ,im friendly always smile .

Excellent learning curve

I like to work for Phangela I've been with the company since 2017 Dec I enjoy my work it's only the night I love to talk to clients over the phone. I deal with difficult clients sometimes but there is no better advice that I can give than to say you must stay calm at all times shifts

Very productive company

The best thing about my company is that they are a very competitive company.i work well with people I'm a good team leader cos I'm very straight forward what I enjoy most is when we work under pressure and at the end of the day the task is completed and when im under pressure I work best loadshedding is my biggest challenge then u see what people have in them
