Good computer skills and develooment skills.

I had a wonderful time working wit my coworkers. We were walking too much and its was sometimes difficult. I have learnt so much working wit people and developing them to start their small businesses and giving them small loans to start their businesses. What I have enjoy is that I have help a lot of woman to start their businesses and they have succeed well. The challenges that I had in this job was recruiting and making sure that u recruiting the right people to start their business and pay back the loan that we have loan them. BT from all the experience that I have am so happy that I have learned a lot.

Open minded

The working environment is perfect.we working daily in the field. We communicate with clients on daily basis. I have learnt to listen atentively to client and respond accordingly and also to have self respect. I love communicating with people, this job has helped me to communicate more

Analytic, Adaptable, Accurate, Passionate,

I have worked in my current company for 11 years now and have had exposure of putting structures in place when we had none. My job allows me to have interaction with everyone in the organisation and helps me transfer my organisational knowledge as well as experience.My role is mainly strategic in the sense that I have to plan for new Branch openings in as far as staffing needs are concerned. I oversee our payroll since our HR Department is very lean with only myself and the HR Administrator who is also still very knew to the company.What I enjoy the most is helping shape new employees into good performers as well as contribute to the growth of the company. The most challenging part aspects of my job include working with almost no budget but still expected to to perform..

Pros: The fact that we are lean when it comes to department sizes, this has given me opportunities to do more than one job. I have had to multitask at one point managing Training, Human Resources as well as Internal Audit or Quality Assurance
Cons: There is no room for further growth and having been here for 11 years, it fees as if there are no challenges.

Learning curve

Typical day when we have to process more than 400 applications and courier them to different branches. We are able achieve all this because we work as a team, I've learned to be a team player and to work under pressure and to manager time wisely.

Pros: There are great chance of getting promotion and being develop while learning more skills every day
Cons: I work 8 hour a day

Fast learner,hard working

Being a development loan office is so exciting because I learn to work alone with no 1 who's after me. By motivating client to start business, and to save a little money each nd every month. Sometimes I face challenges when comes to repaying the money, if the business didn't go well. But because of the work as group these other members make plans to cover the installment. I'm so kind to everyone including my colleagues our relationship is perfect. We sometimes help each other if their behind with work. I've learn how to communicate with people, respect and to be kind to everyone whether poor or rich we all equal in life. by giving time to talk to people and listen the problem I can change that person to became something even though the have nothing. I sometimes work overtimes

I'm willing to learn new things concerning my job until I reach my destination

I work as a sales person. Recruitment, training new employees, motivating drop out clients, office administration, clients disbursement, I love communicating with clients, sharing ideas with other staff members The most important thing I learned is that client is always a best priority for me. Discipline, respect as well as caring about elderly people..

Pros: I would like to see my self being promoted as a manager oneday

It was an excellet learning curve

I enjoy solving customer issues I do disbursements and payments on a day to day I do bank reconciliation of two bank I am also working as a project administrator

Pros: I bealive this will be a great opportuniy for me to grow and share athe experience i have.

Good learning curve

Motivating people to join. Team work. There's no failer in life as long as u have the knowledge. Training them to start their business. When forming a group sometimes it's so challenging
