Making sure that all workers are accounted for through scan machine and clock cards, i work well with my co-workers as we are of same age group and relate to most of life difficulties. Professionalism is important and work as a team, no systems like the previous companies i worked before eg (build smart).

Learning curve

Being a small company there are still a lot thhey need to grow on especially on programs and procedures and handling ofstuff personnel. They handled themselves very well all thise years they need to expand more and learn to trust people.

Pros: Great opportunity to excell
Cons: Its too far and long weekends away from fromm home
