Definitely excellent learning curve

Presently I am employed under PGN Civils as a student trainee on which it was my first time doing civil work and so far I'm very satisfied with their working skills, great team they have. I am working with a very good site agent who everyday is willing to teach me most of site work, from doing setting outs, understanding the importance of what kind of material used to each layer, how one must understand the mixing material techniques, doing plant schedules,weekly production sheets so that we are able to determine the loss and gains of our project. I have learnt how having a good team work is important because everyday a plan B is always needed, weather challenges and how giving up is never an option.

Pros: From a student trainee I was promoted to being an assistant Supervisor
Cons: Time period was always a challenge leading us to working more than 8 hours daily

Ilike to learn everytime

When I'm in at work I do my job.and I like to Lear other job staff.I lyk my job. If there is a mistake they must let me.I'like to work with people.and I relocate any place that at sending me to work

Pros: to get a promotion and improve my salary

Excellent learning

I'm looking forward to learning and gain more experience.im a hard working young lady,commited toy work and trustworthy. I take my job serious because I'm passionate withy career, getting this opportunity could give me a start of life and growth
