Teamwork, deadline driven, fast paced , dedicated and committed. multi skilling was advantageous, as we are always short staffed. Long hours and after hour commitment. Customer satisfaction is a priority. assist staff at all levels and communicate with staff of all levels. approachable by staff and open door policy, moral support for staff. self starter is imperative and working independently. Constant communication with staff and customers are important factors to ensure that all customers are satisfied and all staff is in the same page in term of ensuring a smooth business performance and success. the variety in the job is exciting and that everyday varies respectfully. meeting deadlines and ensuring all staff is satisfied.

Professional and customer service driven, deadline driven

professional and customer service driven, deadline driven work as a team constantly and assisting others. managing staff is imperative and micro managing . fast paced environment, customer service demand on a high. I have learnt that communication is a key to success in any business. relationships with co-workers are important, and also must be kept professional. enjoyed the fast paced environment and the variety that the job had to offer. the position was not monotoneous. enjoyed the tasks given and enjoyed the success when it was completed.

Professionalism and Service excellence

Since my years of employ with the PG Group, i have been exposed to a number of divisions within the group in challeng ing positions. the Group has 5 divisions of which all divisions requirements are of high standard and deadline driven and requires staff to work under extreme pressure. the positions that i have been exposed to have been as follows divisional accountant , treasury, branch manager , training of staff to upskill, logistics and SAP training. Team work is highly recommended and in managerial positions, self motivated and self starters are necessary. A corporate environment which requires professionalism and a business that is service excellence driven.

Pros: I believe in multiskilling staff. Strive on challenges and meeting deadlines.
Cons: have never been a problem to work late when required.
