Great learning experience

I learned a lot for PG glass, although the environment is very negative and has no room for growth. I enjoyed a typical work day, I enjoyed doing my work and just cut off. The environment of the business just had such a horrible impact thatvut started to affect me at home. What ibfound most challenging was to face a long day of negativity at work and deal with a lot jealousy. I have a good relationship with majority of the co-workers and have a high repect for them.

No systems for maintenance is place and attempts to improve it are resisted

The company relies on very old equipment to sustain production. There is a large amount of strive and conflict within the company. There is a reliance on overseas contractors to fix the OEM equipment and local expertise is shunned. Furthermore any attempt to meaningful improve the plant is vehemently resisted. Management will drive the plant into the ground and the workers will be blamed.

Cons: Poor HR

Learning

i schedule client for a mobile technicians. i call clients regarding glass claims relationship with colleagues is good i cant complain i have learn to communicate with people and am also learning different languages

Great company to work for

I I enjoy working as PG Glass I get on with all my co-workers, My day is very busy in the morning but then by lunch time I more time to ddeal with my filling and other small things that are not as omportant. I have received traing and with us upgrading the system I will be receiving more training the most challenging part of my job is keeping my books on a current states

Cons: having to work on a saturday in my line of work I feel it is not nessesary

I have extensive training in customer service, sales, quality control, team leadership (supervisory) and admin from my previous positions. I strive for continued excellence, am a highly motivated person who accepts responsibility to whatever task I am subjected to. Willing to undergo any training provided by the company to develop my skills within the company or industry.

At 6:45 I open the store ,staff and stores neatness

Ian looking for greater experience in my life and I want a more challenging opportunity to gain more knowledge It is also dangerous to be alone in store waiting for more than 5 hours after work waiting for the trucks to arrive before you can close the store and go home so my advantage is that I have my own transportation other than that I love the job

Pros: As it is a retail I gained a lot of experience because we deal with big companies
Cons: We start a day at a very early hour so I must have my own transport and we have to wait long hours for trucks to return back from deliveries so we take really long hours at work though we remain positive about the situation

Excellent learning

Hard working person whose looking for a challenge Started as a call centre agent I was promoted to admin to hardly claims. Insurance claims . Fezeka kubheka an experienced contact centre. Customer service specialist .I have been working for 3 years with a specialised knowledge of team leadership .
