The most thing I have learn in life

I work long hours everyday ,i work Monday to Sunday i only have a day off during the week one day .day dont pay overtime .my relationship with co_workers is very good we a like family we respect each other and we do things together as a team.I have learn that if you a at work you have to respect everyone and treat them equally in that way you will have a long relationship with them and another thing communication is very good.also have to remember that at work I'm not there to make friends I'm there to work .I enjoy having people arround me all the time .the most challenging time is when we start fighting for space that is the most boring part because some people they end up not talking to each ather wich is wrong because the mananger are not there and they don't even have a problem with that.

Pros: The is no promotion no matter how hard you work

A learn a lot about customer s needs

The time I worked at PFM I learn a lot about customer s needs and how to treat them.The people I was working with where good at showing me ropes as I wa new to the company..What was challenging was that I had to helpful to customer even when I was new because customer doesn't know the And tha salary was challenging as it was little..I enjoyed mostly helping customer

Deliver in time

In the company am working for I have learned to stand up for myself and to accept every challenge was coming across and to find a way to win,I'm dedicated to what am doing and I make sure that a customer get certification from my service as a merchandiser.we work as a team that make it easy for me to communicate with my bosses when ever I get not to understand something I get to ask and work on that I didn't understand,and for we are given chance to open up when ever the is something wrong with sales or the items we are selling that make it easier for us to identify some problems in de items and talk about it to our bosses so that we improve ourselves from where we were to something better.

Was not enough

Good to work with the company and i was enjoying to be part of them. I got taught lot of things from my company like cleaning and making sure everything is well by the morning

Been out of the FMCG market but PFM gave me a head start in the trade again.

I've been out of the FMCG market for eight years when I was with the Samsung account and was reintroduced to the trade by PFM who gave me an opportunity to work as a reliever for 4 months. It was wonderful to be able to sell again. I love the negotiation and closing of sales. Hours were great and working conditions as well.

Pros: Great opportunity to get back into the sales and marketing field again.
Cons: Salary was a bit on the low side.

High growth opportunities

i have been working for the company for a year and they have managed to sogn big accounts from different counterparts.I think their winning edge comes from the fact that there are not expensive,but effective.
