Excellent service to employees

My skills on working with different people and deliver the service to them have been growing ever since i have joined pfisterer, the work is sometimes challenging but i have learned a lot. Now i have no problem with dealing with people of any nature in a good and professional way. I enjoy being around people listen to them and attend thier quires and provide feedback in time. The mentor that i have is very supportive and more concerned on developing me to be a best person in life so i enjoy working under her supervision and the other collegues are so helpful they dont just look at you when you strugling to archieve something. Well working with people is an easy task but what is important to you to do it is to be always be proffestional and be calm but stick to be point without compromising with the quality of work you offering them.

Learning new things and expending in life is always a wish to me

i am working in a unionized company so there are challenges when you work with union because they always want to push for their members, however it is a good thing to work in a company where you always have a challenge to push or to put more effort in order to improve peoples lives. I enjoyed working with my co-worker because they always motivate me to best, when i see them being assisted by the service i offer to them that alone makes me want to work more harder. i have learned that when you work with people you always forgot your personal issues when you are dealing with them make sure that you make work environment always enjoyable, i enjoy most when i see my co worker approach me about the help i offered to them.

Pros: they are no opportunity for a person who still want to grow in life
Cons: 40 yours a week

Fast learner always try to come up with the new ideas to work smarter

Im working as a draughtmen making drawings and detail them as required updating them to the latest revision and issue them to the relevant customers and filling them

I am very efficient in everything thing that i do and i keep time.

I am efficient, honest and trustworthy person who works well under pressure, diplomatic when the situation demands it, able to interact at all levels, have a great sense of humor and quite confident of being a worthwhile addition to a compliment of staff. I am capable of working on my own, or as part of a dynamic team, and I am willing to learn or adapt to new practices and methods. My goal is to succeed in life, and it is my passion to succeed which drives me to work hard and be diligent

Pros: The company retain students where they see potential and where there is a vacant position
Cons: People from the floor/ factory or scheduled employees do work long hours because they are working with shift and they work overtime where necessary
