Patience and Pay Attention

Carry out a day programme, follow SOPs and pay attention I did house keeping, doing statistics at the end of a shift, wrote a report about what problems you encountered during your shift and how I solved them.Relationship with co-workers had been about doing our best to make yields and when everybody does what he has to do the harmony in the team becomes good. I have learnt to be patient and pay attention to things I thought they don't matter most,I have also enjoyed the challenges glass manufacturing has like have to do a difficult programme and planning and organising the team to be able to do the job.

Pros: Learning how to work with a team
Cons: 12 hours a day

Good company that gives more experience in almost everything. My team leader gave me chance to gain more experience and confidence by running plant alone doing maintenance, fault findings and services of machinery.I have also worked as a shift millwright and also done stanby.I have experience in working with program logic controller(PLC),also experience on speed drivers controller and Power supplier. I am ready to work shift and overtime if possible and to deliver.

Training Administrator

ThanksAs a Training administrator I enjoy working with different clients, I like to prepare myself by arriving early. My work is efficient, organised, and clear. I am always accountable and try to communicate with other team players, I do feel I have the responsibility to encourage and plan ahead for my colleagues, inorder to execute or meet out organisational goals. We do get challenges, conflict and time management is always the core of our obsticles, but as a coach in conflict management, I have learned and accepted that for us to grow and evolve , we have to solve conflict.

Pros: There is progress and growth
Cons: Overtime
