It is a good company for gaining work expoture and experience.

We start at 06:00 and knockoff at 15:00,we support all artisan desciplines and production and treatment of process, We work as a team and help and share knowledge,is that younget rated asna team and not with your individual performance, i enjy working on big automation and installation projects, is that every person on mine expects us to know and fix every thing even though it is out of our trade discipline and they keep us under pressure.

Pros: Gain lots of experience
Cons: its not easy to get promoted and we work long hours.

To be a good team worker and leader you must be emotional intellegent having good intrapersonal and intrapersonal skils. When having to do fault finding and automations on systems. You need to keep up with Technology and know the different instruments applications.

Learning curve with new challenges

You get training relevent to your field of experties,the only down fall is the salary discrapencies,and discrimination based on colour.working hours can be long if needed by management,there's not enough rest between shifts if you work standby's
