Knowing how to communicate, listen and respect the staff working under you

Have very strong beliefs when it comes to one's working environment. When I start my day I do it with the intention to give my all and go the extra mile. I also believe that what u put in is what u get out. I am smart and always take control the situation surround me. I love to work, I enjoy earning a salary but also do what's is right and expected of me. Like a previous manager always told me,"the proof is in the pudding".

Good challenge

Stock control activities: Scanning and checking stocks. Data mining and manipulation for query resolution. Admin activies such as Scanning, archiving, tabulating reports on daily checks to management. Using Navision 2018 to assist staff with locating missing stocks and mill information. Office activities.

Pros: Challenging role
Cons: Salary not matched to job

Stepping Stone

Peters papers has provided me with a platform to hone into the skills which I have acquired at my previous employment but alas the time has come for me to broaden my horizon and seek employment that can allow me to put into play my vast skill set in an.environment whereby growth and learning is essential

Pros: There is always a challenge and I love challenges
Cons: Very fast environment, all about deadlines
