Learning new things

Typical day for me to to fetch the children and then to interact with them. Teach them how to build puzzles and to write. I then start on dinner and would bath and feed them then they have free time. The parents and i have a very good relationship and a very good understanding. Im passionate about children and just love them.

Has been a great experience working in this place

I love working with people in this place because they are very welcoming people and have respect for one another, we learn a lot from each other and sometimes working together makes it more fun at work and enjoy the job that we do.

Pros: Good place to learn about your job and peaceful and welcoming people with a lot of respect for other profesions
Cons: Very little opportunity for personal development and no chance for growth within the organisation

Good in communication,aqurecy in handling things

Being a cashier its a good start of new career for me,it's much a challenge for me and I think it's the best work tht I will take because I like working around people ,I can even work log ours

Pros: Good opportunity and advantage of working around people,and making sure customer service is well attended
Cons: I can tolerate long working hours inside and on the field

Very good learning curve

The Company had a huge staff turnover which translates into money spent on training new staff. I changed this into 1 resignation per month. I wrote Company policies and trained managers on how to deal with staff and staff related issues as well as department management. I have also done salaries on the VIP salary system.

Pros: Knowledge building opportunety

Excellent learning curve

It's always a good day, cause I always put a positive in the negatives place. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot at this company over the years,how to work on the system the company use and lots more. I enjoy it if every one does his or her job and there is no bucket passing as to who must do the job. I like it when we work as a team. The most challenge aspect for me is when I must finish the daily dbr and the rental agent didn't do there job or when the system's is off line.
