Teamwork

In EdWe do breakdown maintenance on machinery, at times a full day isn't enough to accomplish what needs to be done. I haven't learnt pneumatics and plc programming and I enjoy the machine building and machine modifications for production increase the most. The most challenging aspects is keep production uptime for as long as possible with minimal downtime on all machinery. I have a great relationship with all my co-workers we share a great bond, where we share knowledge and other aspects to keep the plant up and running

Pros: Great opportunity for learning of various mechanical aspects
Cons: Long working hours in peak season

No talking to others.Not allowed to be a minute late.Minimum pay.Favouritism.Racism.Sexism.

WorkWork 07:30 to 16:00. A lot of discriminating behaviours from the top. Discipline people for each and every misdeed. You have to work nonstop. No talking to others during work time. Feels like being at school. Not allowed to be one minute late; you will be disciplined. Minimum pay. Favouritism. Racism.Sexism 07:30 to 16:00. A lot of discriminating behaviours from the top. Excellent platform for learning, permoseal gives oportunities.

very busy schedule every day. start 6h30 to 16h15 some times, up 17h30. we share the office with 3 colleagues and i have four guys working under my supervision. this job has allow me to uplift my leadership skill. i enjoy every moment at work . my biggest challenge is only when i have to load more than 3 links for our branches.

Pros: low opportunity for promotion

Great company

Great for basic learning in Mechanical field - no room to move up Responsibilities included: Routine checks (Boiler, Cooling Tower, Condenser, Effluent Plant, etc.), creating a working preventative maintenance schedule with checklists, change-overs of various autonomous machinery, general maintenance in plant, cleaning & organizing workshop. Co-workers are amazing, great at what they do and always willing to help in time of need

Pros: Great to learn basics in field
Cons: Manager does not have great people skills

Excellent learning curve

The company provided with the necessary experience to be successful at engineering. I got exposedvto very experience and talented people/ professionals but the environment and lavk of a definite internship structure created a place where interns got misused and sometimes abused and that is what made me design from the company

High expectations for Chemist, handling multiple aspects of the production phase.

In the lab, we handle everything from customer complaints, competitor product analysis, raw material analysis, new product development, assisting reps with customers, assisting production/plaint the lab, we handle everything from customer complaints, competitor product analysis, raw material analysis, new product development, assisting reps with customers, assisting production/plant with optimization and problem solving. Chemist at Permoseal also have to handle procurement issues by dealing with suppliers.

Pros: Work/life balance
Cons: Terrible Management, no hope of promotion.
