I work for a FMCG company handing the day to day operations conversing with 29 suppliers.

I Iworkn for an fmcg company I handle 29 suppliers this macking it very challenging I am a leader to my team this allowing me to achieve maximum out of my team

Pros: it's a grate company to work for I was able to grow into management
Cons: there is no more room for growth and no consistency

it's a very nice big company with good management and wonderful directors of which you are allowed to rise your concern and through right procedures and be heard with no time waiting ,they are very good to their employees and their are eager to give their staff a well balance and good environment to work within.
