Excellent as a call center consultant

I am a call center consultant, working inbound and outbound, also queries, I am a team player, i have learnt to deal with different customer and also to be able to work with different consultant and be able to gain trust also be able to engage with customers, The most challenging aspect of my job is target that have to reach monthly
