The PPECB is a Perishable Board who is governed by Department of Agriculture The most challenging aspect of this job is working with difficult and diverse culture of people I enjoy my job because I have a passion for administration and dealing with different of duties that include Credit notes, hr matters. sea exports, inspections, EDI filing I am a line manager for all admin staff in the Grabouw region I would say I have a good relationship in the work environment with co workers because of my dedication towards the company and loyalty In my 13 years of employment I have gained so much experience from growing into a mature woman with much knowledge and still have room for learning more and more

Pros: It is a stable company with a clear vision of where it is heading too ans since we are the only company of its kind it makes it worth to work for it

Implementing and maintaining a HACCP, sensory evaluation, generation of non-conformance reports.

I have great passion for quality. Owing to my qualifications and industry experience I am adept, have an excellent work ethic and also great at teamwork. Being a young self-motivated, assertive, flexible, diligent and innovative independent individual I am certain that I can bring positive changes to any organization as I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I well under minimum or no supervision and have great leadership skills.

Great learning curve

Dynamic work environment

l part of work. Relationships within are good depending on the level of emotionive learnt to stabilise mentally emotionally, export knowledge wise,interpersonal aspect of work environment, following policies and procedures Enjoyable is the growth I have al intelligence a person is in but for my side it's good and enjoyable Lessons are countless I mostly enjoy team work when doing trainings and being out in the packhouse solving queries and having work done in a satisfactory manner Challenges are of poor communication at times and lack of support from management side

Excellent learning curve

It is a good working environment, no micro management. Its a clint based job, must keep good relations with clients. Its a high paced working environment.

Excellent learning curve

My typical workday involves meeting with stakeholders, negotiating, planning and putting strategies in place. My relationship with my co-workers is one of mutual respect. Learnings - My learning curve has grown in terms of stakeholder management, time management, leading the team and getting things done correct the first time. I enjoy procurement, so I love everything about my job. The challenges at the moments is dealing with difficult stakeholders. However, I manage this by getting buy at Executive level.
