I worked in a Financial / Insurance / Consulting and IT Security environment where she gained experience in IT Project Management, Finance and Contract Management. I am energetic, self-motivated and ambitious lady who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that she undertakes, or situation that she is presented with. She is very Proactive, flexible and adaptable to a varied environment. I have also openly contributing and participates in debates for process improvements, new initiatives and their implementation. Excellent

Please see the attached Curriculum Vitae for myself, Dylan Nel. I consider myself to be very intentional, making my every action count toward my long term goal. I am driven, providing the energy together with the organised effort required to achieve targets set out by Senior Management, together with the targets I have set out for myself. I have found that this requires extreme self-discipline which I have had to display in terms of completing my CompTIA Certifications. I am also the type of person that capitalises on every opportunity, especially when the capitalisation will prove to be fruitful in terms of the higher good of the organisation. Lots of work to keep you busy

Fast paced company with more than enough work to go around. Co workers are friendly and helpful. The environment is extremely dynamic and specialisation isn't fostered as you will need to delve into many aspects of security. Be ready to be called on short notice to deal with client security events.

Senior Project Manager

A typical day at Performanta is not typical at all. I move between clients depending on the projects and priorities of deliverables on those projects. I am constantly engaging with different Technical resources and teams within my Company but also within the clients environment. The most challenging part of my job is delivering projects to clients without ever meeting them face to face. This happens for projects we deliver in Africa. I love working within this new Cybersecurity environment.

Pros: Learning new Technology and ways to secure your IT environments.
Cons: Lots of weekend and after hours work

My daily duties below: Endpoint security & SOC analysis, Running system security health checks, Endpoint security patch and compliance report Threats detection and response System security analysis and monitoring, Perform ongoing security analysis on endpoint systems Software deployment and recovery Investigate known and suspected information security events Cyber threat hunting Data encryption (BitLocker & MDE encryption) Network configuration & troubleshooting Endpoint Solution Upgrades, Maintenance and Operations Creating firewall rules, Resolve daily calls under defied SLA Working with clients, at the client’s site and sometimes from office
