When duty calls

A typical day on duty starts with tea and coffee in the early mornings with my colleagues, we would usually have our Morning pep talk and catch up with each other. I have truly enjoyed the time spent with the company and had the most amazing experience with my colleagues, everyone was so friendly and aims at building a diversified environment that every one find comfort in,. The challenging thing is the long quest on the calls on busy days and having to have a process change that we constantly have to fight with customers of.

Excellent learning curve

We worked with UK customers and colleagues and I reported to a manager in the UK. There was a lot of learning and adjustments to be made. I had little support from the teams I was working with in the UK. Training came late and our team was not updated regularly on changes.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Respect, integrity, honesty and punctuality are morals I regard greatly in my life. I believe that I am an employee with good moral foundations and therefore, very reliable. I am able to work effectively both in teams and independently, and have the leadership skills to carry out tasks in both environments. I am creative and can provide innovative ideas or creative ways to solve problems. I feel that I will be an asset to the company and will always, without fail, give 100%, every day.
