Excellent in good customer service

Im a go getter willing to learn im loyal , humble , honest , hardworker and very passionate at what i do .im not afriaid of challenges i can be able to work under pressure . What i like most about my job is interacting with people im a team player the most chanlleging aspect is working with short staff on a busy period but i take it as a chanllenge . At the store i work as a 2icni have a good relationship with my colleagues

Admin skill. good with people

Admin skils very high. Good with people. Highly motivated. Team player. Start my morning with a morning talk with staff planning the day with them. I have a very good relationship with my co workers current an previous. Because we spent so much time together we are like family. What i enjoy most is dealing with our clients. Most challenging asspect of my job is curving stock losses through theft.

Pros: medical aid. Pension fund.
Cons: long hours and dangerous inforement. not lots of space for promotion.

Fast learner hard working and friendly

im a young lady and a fast leaner willing to learn more,good at working with customers daily. I love working with people and meeting new ones too im a friendly lady with many dreams and really good communication skills..My relationship with my co workers are always a pleasure like to tease and laugh. Iv learn so much at pep stores how to deal with problems and also helping others in need.Working at pep have really change a lot by learning daily

Good company to work for

Living a great culture, but hours is long and work, personal balance is not good. Company is very healthy and stocklosses is controllable. Lots of stores all over the country and also more tham 1 store in a town. Difficult to reach sales targets. Also consist of Pep clothong, home and cell

Growth

The growth is there but promotion is limited.they have the best culture. Getting to know your colleagues and the awesome bonuses. Every year they have convention here all the Dynamos participate and enjoy as it is on of their special events that each Dynamo always look forward nd the end year functions.

Cons: Not much of promotion opportunities
